Facebook ad for gummies turned into monthly payments I can't stop

I saw an ad for Xara gummies on my Facebook page so I ordered just one set. That’s all I wanted. But without me knowing they made that one payment turn into a recurring monthly charge for a product I didn’t want any more of.

I’ve sent them several emails asking them to stop the payments but they never respond. Their phone number just tells you to dial 611 for help which is useless. On top of that I realized they’ve been sending me fake order and shipping emails for the last 3 months but I never actually got the product. So I’m out about 120 dollars and I have zero way of actually contacting them.
