Got a weird notice about my mortgage loan, telling me to call

I got this notice in the mail. It says it's regarding my current mortgage recorded on XXXX. It's an "Important Notice" and it says response is needed by March 13, 2026. It tells me I need to call them about an important matter regarding the loan.

The return address is Daytona Beach, FL, and the phone number to call is (866) 773-4232. The whole thing feels off. I never signed up for anything from them. It just showed up. I don't owe any money to this, but it's made to look official and it's worrying. I didn't call the number because it didn't make sense.
