Someone filed a false insurance claim for equipment I never ordered

So I got a letter from Aetna saying Youngmans Equipments LLC filed a claim for over ten thousand dollars for medical supplies. They said it was denied because the company didn't include their info and couldn't be located. That's pretty suspicious right there.

The thing is, the claim was for the exact same supplies I've been getting from another company for over two years. I pay less than four hundred bucks a month for them. This Youngmans place just randomly tried to bill my insurance for the same stuff. I didn't order anything from them. No one called me or sent anything. Just this denied claim showing up.
