I ordered this skin cream online.I purchased for about 7 months. I now want to cancel my recurring monthly delivery and charge for $27.46 per month. I have called the number given (XXX) XXX-XXXX more than 5 times, to be asked to leave a message because they are so busy and then the call gets cut off, no opportunity to leave a message.I have emailed at @youthrenuskin.com 3 times. Each time I get a response saying they have received the request and will contact me in 24 - 48 hours. I have not gotten a response. Last month (October, 2018) I refused the package delivery and still received a package in November.Unfortunately I put his charge directly through to my checking account so I cannot refuse the charge, but have put a hold to deny charges fromthis company, but was told charges can still slip through.This is absolutely poor business and I would like this company investigated and my money back if possible.Thank you, ***

I no longer want to receive Youth RENU Face Cream, this product is auto shipped and auto deducted from my back account every month and I no longer want to receive this product. I haved called several times, and I get a auto response on the phone which states all we are experiencing a high call volume leave a message and a customer service specialist will be with you shortly. I have never received a call back. I have sent two emails and not received any response.
