Watched an ad on YouTube and never got what I ordered
I saw this ad on YouTube and it looked legit so I ordered the product. Paid $27.98 for it. That was a while ago and I still haven't gotten anything.
No tracking number, no email back when I tried to ask about it. The ad was on YouTube so I figured it was safe but I guess not. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else falls for it.

Advertised a physical Bible but got a digital download and extra charges
I saw an ad on YouTube for a physical Ethiopian Bible. It looked really nice so I ordered it. It was supposed to be a real book I could hold.
Instead they just sent me a link to download something. That wasn't what I wanted at all. Then they hit my account three more times. I only agreed to one payment of $25.00 but they took a total of $100.00. I never got a physical Bible and I can't get my money back.

Ordered glasses from YouTube ad and never got them
I ordered these multi focus glasses while I was on YouTube. My payment went through on 3/27/26 and I still haven't got the glasses as of today 4/24/26. Tried to track the order through the link they gave me but it didn't work. Kept getting a 404 error code. So I just learned my lesson I guess.

Ordered a drone from a YouTube ad and never got it
I saw a commercial on YouTube for a drone and I ordered one. The money came out of my account, $149. I got a receipt but the drone on the receipt isn't even the same one they were advertising. That felt off right away. I never got the drone. It never came. I tried the contact info from the order. The phone number is (888) 780-9814 and the email was [email protected]. Nothing. No reply, no tracking, nothing. I'm just out the money.

Got a random text about a fake YouTube job offer
I just got this random text out of the blue. It says it's from someone named Sophia, a Customer Service Manager at YouTube. The text says my resume was featured and offers a high-paying "YouTube Optimization Specialist" position.
It says it's remote work, pays $250 to $500 a day, and no experience is needed. They mention a monthly salary of $6,000 to $10,000 plus a daily allowance paid immediately. They talk about a 4-day paid probation and then a formal contract with benefits. It says if you're over 25 and interested, text 7165337922 for details.
The whole thing felt off. It was just an unsolicited text for a job I never applied for.
