Paid sixty dollars for two sticks that were supposed to be cherry trees

I paid for 2 cherry trees, they were supposed to be 2 year old trees. After waiting 2 months, 2 little stick/twigs arrived in a box!! I paid $60 for 2 sticks!!!!!

They are liars and scammers. How are they allowed to keep doing this on Youtube or any platform? I don't get it.
