Ordered a bike, then they asked for photos of my ID and bank card
I bought a Yozma IN 10 bike from yozmasporta.com. I got an order confirmation email saying I'd get shipping info later. The payment went through. Days passed and I heard nothing.
I emailed [email protected] asking about shipping. No reply. So I called 866-591-5099 the next day. They said my order was flagged as "high risk" and they needed me to send a photo of my ID and my bank card before they'd ship it. That felt really off.
I asked to cancel my order right then on the phone. They told me I had to send an email to cancel. I can't even cancel it online myself, even though I paid an extra $24.19 for shipping protection. This whole thing doesn't make sense.
