Ordered a wig during a sale, order was canceled and never got my refund

I bought a wig from Zakiya Barber's sale on her site Zakiyatiara.myshopify.com. The sale was for a $100 30-inch wig, and my total came to $107.

Then days later she posts that she's canceling everyone's orders. She said refunds would be sent out. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't gotten my money back. I tried emailing her at [email protected] twice and even tried reaching out on social media. No response at all.
