Ordered from Zara, package said delivered but nothing was there
I placed an order on the Zara website. I got a notification that my package was delivered, but when I got home there was nothing at my door. Nothing.
I called their customer service at 1(855) 635-9272 to complain. They refused to give me a refund or send the order again. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me they wouldn't let me talk to anyone higher up. It's a complete scam. I'm out almost $200.

Order marked as delivered but I never got it, and the courier has terrible reviews
I placed an order on Zara on Sunday, March 1st. I got an email saying it would be delivered the next day, which was nice. On Monday, the courier's website said my order was delivered at 7 PM. I never received anything. I checked all my cameras and there was nothing.
I looked up reviews for this courier company online. All the reviews say the same thing—deliveries from Zara are marked as delivered at 7 PM but never show up. How are they still in business with all these complaints? How is Zara even working with a company like this? I just want my order.
