Don’t buy anything from this company! I ordered a pair of shoes more than 2 months ago and never received them! They didn’t honor the discount they promoted either! I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB. My next step is to contact the local news stations in their area and put in a buyer beware story! I don’t think they deserve any ratings!

I did my due diligence when ordering from this company. All their feedback was positive and the shoes looked like they'd be comfortable. I contacted them several times before I purchased. Stellar customer service and a commitment to refund my money if the shoes didn't work for me.

They stayed in contact with me throughout the transaction UNTIL I had to return the shoes. I got them, put them back in the mail the following day. Saw that they had been received and waited 14 days for a refund. When it didn't arrive I sent a note asking when I could expect to receive my money and got no response. Subsequent letters, no response. I had to got through litigation at Pay Pal in order to get my money. These shoes aren't cheap either so it wasn't something I could just walk away from. It was a good lesson for me in dealing with companies who only allow positive reviews on their web site. When I tried to post something negative, it would kick me out of the site. Buyer beware!

I ordered shoes from this company and promptly returned the shoes. After 1 week UPS contacted me to say the company is no longer at that address. I sent them back to the address that is on their returns and exchanges webpage. I have made multiple attempts to contact them and no response. Will never do business with them again.
