Bought a hardcover book but they only sent a download link

I saw a hardcover book listed as new with free shipping on their site, so I made the purchase. Right after, they sent me a link to download it instead. I emailed them immediately to ask if I was still getting the actual book. They told me I bought an e-book, but I didn't. I paid for a hardcover book. The money, over eleven dollars, is just gone. I tried contacting them through their support email and the phone number listed, but nothing got fixed. It felt like a complete bait and switch.
