Ordered a weight loss product but packaging was totally different

I was online looking for a weight loss product that had Burberry in it. The whole packaging is totally different from the one I saw online, which caused me to be suspicious. I lost $96 on this. The address they had was 4733 Melton Rd, Gary, IN 46403, USA.

I don't know if it's even the same thing I ordered. It just showed up looking nothing like the picture. Thank you.

Ordered sweaters from a Facebook ad and never got them

I saw an ad on Facebook for a pack of cable knit summer sweaters and it looked nice so I ordered. Paid $49 for them. That was a few weeks ago and nothing ever showed up. No tracking number no email nothing.

I tried to find the seller again but the page is gone or something. I don't even know the company name just that I found it on Facebook. So I guess I'm out the money. Just wanted to put it out there so maybe someone else doesn't do the same thing.

Charge on my card I never approved for anything

I saw a charge on my credit card for $199. I have no idea what it was for. I didn't buy anything or sign up for anything. It just showed up.

The only thing I can think of is it might be some phishing thing. I looked and saw something about a website called Facebook and an address in WY, USA. I never gave anyone permission to take my money.

I just want someone to tell me what this charge is and give me my money back. This doesn't make any sense.

Ordered flowers from Facebook ad, got five tiny stems instead

I saw this ad on Facebook for flowers. The picture showed this big huge hanging basket full of flowers. Looked really nice so I ordered it. Cost me 24 dollars.

What showed up was five little stems of flowers. Not even close to what was in the picture. The address on the package said 4733 Melton rd, Gary, IN 46403. No company name on anything. Just the website said Facebook.

I tried to figure out who to contact but there's no real business name. Just feels like a total waste of money.

Ad for dwarf cherry trees took my money but no trees arrived

I saw an ad on Facebook for a dwarf cherry tree for 39.95. Then they offered me a second tree at a discount, so the total came to 59.95. I ordered them on April 1st, 2026.

I got an order fulfilled notice around April 22nd but I never got my trees. Nothing showed up in the mail. I just want my money back or the trees.

Ordered flea collars from a Facebook ad and got nothing real

I saw an ad on Facebook for flea and tick collars for dogs. It seemed legit so I ordered 3 of them. The website looked fine and the address they had was 1228 San Pedro in Los Angeles.

I paid $91 for all of them. When the package showed up it was not what I ordered. The collars were clearly fake. Just cheap plastic with no smell or anything. I tried to contact them but there is no real phone number or email. Just the Facebook page which doesn't help.

I should have known better but it looked real. Now I'm out the money and stuck with these fake collars that I can't even use on my dogs.

Ordered clothes and got beads instead, now blocked after asking for help

I ordered clothes off of Facebook. When the package came it was just 6 small silver beads. Not what I ordered at all. I contacted them and they said they would send the correct items.

I emailed them a few times after that. Emailed again today. Now they just blocked me. I’m out $36.00 and got nothing but beads.

Bought a counterfeit product from Facebook and lost $80

I bought something off Facebook and it was a total fake. I paid $80 for it and now I want my money back. The address they had listed was 17575 Western Avenue in Gardena, CA 90248 but I dont even know if thats real.

I tried contacting them but no reply. Nothing. Facebook shouldnt let people sell fake stuff like this. I just want my $80 back.

Ordered something from a Facebook ad and lost money

I seen an offer on Facebook and placed an order. It looked legit enough so I went ahead with it. I paid $79 and never got anything.

No tracking number, no reply when I messaged them. The page is still up but nobody answers. I just want my money back but I don't even know who to contact.

Ordered American Financial System but got gardening PDFs instead

I ordered American Financial System off of Facebook and they sent me a link to Digistore23.com. I paid $226.81 for it. When I opened the link all I got was some PDFs about gardening. That is not what I ordered. I tried to figure out who to contact but there was no real company name on anything. Just felt wrong from the start. No one replied when I tried to ask about it. So now I am out the money and got nothing useful.

Paid $300 for bottles that did not work and no one will call me back

I bought some bottles from a seller on Facebook. They did not work at all. I tried to return them because they were still unused.

But I could not get anyone to call me back. I tried. Now it is too late to dispute with my bank. So I am out $300.00.

These people need to give our money back. They should be taken down from all sites and charged for this fraud.

Ad for cheap clothes took my money and never sent anything

I saw an ad on Facebook for 8 pants and shirts outfits. It was a good deal so I ordered it on 4/11/26. They sent me an email saying my order was received and that was it.

I never got any update on when it would ship or where it was. I paid 30 dollars and I just want my stuff or my money back. No one answers when I try to reach them. The only info I have is a phone number (250) 555-5555 and an address in BC, Canada. Feeling pretty stupid about it now.

I ordered 2 labubu almost a year ago. I have emailed the company about 5 times with no response and no product. I lost $42.00 on this. It was an online purchase through Facebook. I just want my money back or the items. But nobody ever writes back.

Got fake shorts from a Facebook seller

He showed a pair of shorts online that were cargo pants with we. The people said it was made in the US. I bought the product. When I was tracking it, it said it was coming from China. I received it does not look anything like the product that they were showing. I have pictures. Their phone number is (614) 425-3194. I lost 26 dollars.

Someone pretending to be someone else stole my info and cash app

This person pretended to be someone else and she is not even allowed to own a cash app. I spoke with cash app they said that there was nothing that they can do even though I have an audio clip with her admitting she can not even have a cash app and that she's using someone else's and how she got money and all of that stuff. She pretended to be someone else that own that cash app.

I had to report my phone stolen she dated reach that one of my credit card accounts got closed also. She breached my Walmart and cash app by the information used she was trying to initiate a transaction for an internet service and insurance service all kinds of stuff. She tried to use a fraudulent account to make a payment to my credit card account getting the information. I lost 299 dollars.

Saw ad on Facebook for Radartwo discount and got ripped off

Saw an ad on Facebook about a Radartwo 50% discount on the products. So I went for it. Gave them my name and credit card number. That’s all they got from me. 100 dollars came out of my account. Never got anything from them. This website should do background checks if these companies are legit or not. The phone number they had was 1(850) 685-6145 and the email was [email protected]. Nothing showed up. Just lost the money.

Bought something through Facebook and lost $60

I saw this thing on Facebook and it looked good so I bought it. Paid $60 for it. The website was Facebook I guess I don’t really know. They said the address was in LA USA. Never got anything. No package no tracking nothing. I tried to message them but nobody answered. Just took my money and that was it. Didn’t even get a confirmation email or anything. Felt off right after I paid but it was too late. So now I’m out sixty bucks.

Tried to buy a religious item but never got any tracking info

I tried to purchased religious item worth $20.00 and i never receieved any info or tracking until now purchased made Mar 4 2026. The email was [email protected]. Money just came out of my account and thats it.

No update no nothing. I just wanted the item. Its been a while and I still got nothing. No tracking number no email nothing. Just a charge on my card for $20.00.

I dont know what else to do. I just want my item or my money back.

Facebook ad for dash cams never showed up after a month

Saw Facebook advertising for Dash cam dual front and back monitoring cameras. Brought the items waited over a month then I received an email that the goods were delivered. I never got them. Then I reply to the email telling them that I never received my order. I used ***** pay to pay for the goods as a form of payment. This company took my money they are scammers.

Got a Facebook ad for a free service, then got charged and locked out

I saw an ad on Facebook for a free service. I filled out my information, and then it said there was a small fee of $15.99 to begin. I paid it.
About an hour later, I tried to go back to the site. I couldn't get in at all. I couldn't use the service and I couldn't even cancel anything. The site was just gone.
The phone number listed was 1(608) 369-4220. My money is gone and I can't do anything about it.
