She was very very rude when asked if I can talk to somebody else or any supervisor/manager? She said there's no need to talk to any supervisor and moreover she's not authorized to transfer call to the supervisor or managerI work with the govt and have never had this kin of bad experience in my life

Hello, I am filing a complaint against JustFly***, a 3rd-party airline ticketing companyI booked a ticket through JustFly's website for a Virgin flight on July 4th and needed to make a change (switch to a flight a couple hours later in the same day)I called their customer service (within hours of booking) line times and received dial tones, was not connected, or the automated messaging service cut out of those timesThe one time I was connected, I was informed by the automated system that any changes or cancellations would result in a $fee plus any additional "3rd party fees." Pop ups are terrible in this case! Looking for a round trip ticket and up popped justfly! I thought ok, I'll try this! Well after hours and phone calls later, still no satisfaction! Tried to complete on webpage and when I received confirmation, it was the wrong times with longer layovers! I'm traveling with an infant and my mom so I was searching for a quicker flight! After three calls, I still have original tickets with an increase in fare! Had babies birthdate right on first tickets, now it is wrong! An online purchase was made of a flight in error, on July 20, for July Since this was made in error I tried to find an online way to cancel the flight however this option was not working and would not allow me to cancel the flight and submit my requestSo I tried to call the customer service which I was on hold for over hours with the line being put on hold for this timeI tried all night to get a hold of someone to help me with the cancellation and did not get throughI tried all day and night on July 20th and then again on July Only getting as close as being put on hold with someone that said they can't help me with the cancellation and then putting me through to a supervisor that I never got through to as the line was cut off after about an hour on holdI have since then tried several times to call and speak with someone that could help me and with no help since the flight already left
