On June 13, I arrived at *** *** airport at 2:am for Alitalia flight to leave at 5:amI was also traveling with my mother and son who is under oneAt check in Alitalia explained that my ticket had been canceled and that they could not issue me a boarding passThey explained to me that the third party company (justfly) had canceled my ticket a few days prior when I had inquired about changing my flight ONLYAfter waiting at check in for hours the airline finally issued me a boarding pass to flight and I had to run through the airport with my son in my arms and was less then minutes from missing my flight, as they even waited past flight time to try and give my family the opportunity to get onto the flightThe aggravation that I had experienced that morning was unnecessary and I feel it was totally unacceptable that my flight ticket ONLY had an issueI sent an email to justfly*** regarding a compensation request, they called me back and left a VM stating

I purchased online on 7/25/a business class airline ticket from DFW to Barcelona, Spain and a business class ticket from Madrid Spain to DFWI was charged $for this ticketWhen I checked the Justfly booking confirmation it showed a business class ticket was purchasedHowever, when I went to enter information for passport information the airline ticket indicated that the ticket was for economyI began contacting Justfly on 7/30/16, again on 7/31/16, 8/1/and 8/3/Each time I was on hold for at least an hour and told I would talk to a supervisor who would handle the problemEach time I have been assured that they would return my call (they have not) or I should call again tomorrow when the problem would be solved by the proper supervisor

On October 22nd I purchased a round trip ticket through JUSTFLYThe ticket is for a flight from SF to Colombo I am planning to take on March 22, and was for PREMIER ECONOMY class on *** AirlinesI contacted *** Airlines to confirm they have my reservation this past week and they did in fact have my reservation but for a lower class of travel than what I had purchasedI have tried to resolve this through JUSTFLY numerous times and have been put on hold each time for over a hourThey acknowledge the ticket is for PREMIER ECONOMY but just put me on holdI need my reservation with *** Airlines to reflect the class of ticket I actually purchased online

I would like to state Why is it that Just Fly doesn't release its physical address? Why do they hide their address? My issue relates from a flight that I booked through Just Fly on April 26, This flight was from Los Angeles to London on Sept 11, through *** *** *** ***, returning on September 23rd on British Airways flight At the time of booking and as a condition of electing to use Just Fly, I relied on Just Flys policies located at ***Just Flys advertises that trip cancellations are covered through *** insurance, there is no reference of exclusions or conditions which might qualify the statement,” Through our partnership with ***, we are able to provide travelers with protection in case of trip interruptions or cancellations,” There is no reference to the conditions or exceptions that might be in *** contractI relied on the language on the website when I elected to purchase my flight and
