A cautionary tale - I booked for the first time with Justfly back on July 4, The email confirmation came back and I clicked ok and forwarded it to my husbandHe immediately noticed it was for the wrong month, August instead of SeptemberThe email was a no reply beyond the initial okI checked their site and there is only one number and I began calling and immensely frustrating endeavorThree days and several dropped calls I finally got someone explained what happened and gave them my phone number and flight info and they put me on hold and dropped the call and never got back to meI then contacted Lufthansa the airline Justfly booked us onI spoke with a representative who said only Justfly could change the reservationAfter I explained to him my phoning problem, he sympatheticaly gave me a special number they use to contact JustflyWhen I did call that number as soon as they determined I was a customer they redirected to the same number that put me on hold and dropped me againI wrote Lufthansa and called and although one representative there agreed they could change the reservation and I was transferred to reservations I was again told knowI contacted my credit card company Capitol One and they have been fighting for me but now both companies have said I never tried to change the reservationIn addition to the cost that Justfly quoted for the airfare cost they added a $fee to my cardCan you help, maybe not just me but as I discovered after the fact many others have had similar problems with this companyUnfortunately, I never got anyone's nameAlso, make people aware that they should check any company's customer serviceCan you ever speak to a real person? I booked a flight on october 21st and I had to change my flight from October 31st to November 19th to stay and make funeral arrangements and I called on october to and finally got a rep and told them that I was calling from a rural area and didn't have access to internet and the line gets cut off and I dont know the number from my mothers houseI got cut off and called again and told please don't put me on hold and again on hold for mins hung up called again always got a different rep one that put me on hold and said, if we get cut off I will call you back and got a november 19th flight and put me on hold for the confirmation and send I will email you and please send the death cert and I told them I don't have access I dont have a computer got cut off and no call no email so I called again three days straight and then got hold of a rep on the date to departure she said, sorry you missed your flight we can't help you and you have to pay full price on a new flight out back to s

I purchased a flight ticket through justfly*** over the phoneWhile speaking with the customer service representative, I spelled out my name in detail, including say "b as in boy; b as in baby, etc." Upon receiving my confirmation email, I noticed that my named was misspelled with VI called the company immediately to make the changeThe customer service representative told me that the change would be made and that I would receive a confirmation email with the correction within hoursI did not receive said emailI called back three days later to inquire about the corrected spelling of my name and the confirmation emailI was told that I would have to pay an extra correction fee with the company and possibly with the airline because they claimed that I called after the hour time limit in order to make the correction, disregarding my first call within minutes of receiving the original confirmation emailI have been in contact with the company, but they continue insisting
