Very disappointed with this company Poor customer service, long wait times on hold to speak to a representative or supervisor when there was a problem with our reservation They answered the phone promptly when we were making reservation initiallyHowever, when we needed to call back because we were overcharged the rep placed me on hold for a
long time then came back and told me the extra fees charged were for booking through a travel agent When I booked initially the representative told me that the extra fees were for taxes, which on the website clearly states that the taxes were already included Bottom line, the extra fees were not for taxes but some kind of service fee that Justfl*** charges without telling you On top of that, we had to cancel our reservation all together as they would not just refund the extra $that they overcharged usOur bank account is tied up because it takes to business days for the refund, so we can not re-book immediately if we wanted toSupervisor was no help and offered no other information or explanation (or even an apology for the inconvenience) than the representative that over charged us They completely waisted our time and tied up our account I'm writing this in real time as I just got off the phone with them I will be calling the FRAUD department at my bank to reverse the over $they have of my $$$$!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Justfl*** does not care about their customers! They state on their website we had hours to cancel our flight When I called because I needed to change our flight to another date I was told by the representative that the airline’s policy is that no cancellations may be made if the flight was within days Nowhere on justfl*** was this specified I was told that we would either have to forfeit half of the price of our original tickets to cancel or would be charged the difference the airline charges What choice did I have? I have to fly out to get on my cruise I called the airline and they told me to contact justfly.com I got to a supervisor at justfl*** who did not help me and kept interrupting me He told me that I allowed the charges when I called previously to cancel my flight (again, what other choice did I have?!) I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me he is the supervisor I told him that there has to be someone above him, like the owner of the company and he said the owner does not take calls What kind of world is this when you screw customers and the customers have no one on their side? I made a mistake in days A flight that originally cost me $round trip is now costing me $ This business must be shut down!

My review in regards to the conduct of ***, employee # ***, for failing to perform his duties as a supervisory agent for Justfly***On 11/7/2018, my wife provided the information for all members of my family for travel purposes She typed the middle name of our son, *** *** ***  When the confirmation came, it was processed as *** * *** Just Fly told us that it wasn't so easy to change the name and offered a full refund of the cancellation fees and owned that the fault was on their sideOn 11/8/2018, we called to get the flight that was cancelled the evening prior We were very careful to type the full name of our infant son, *** *** *** When we received the confirmation, the same mistake was in place, labeling our son as *** * *** This creates passport issues and we need the full name Just Fly refused to change the name and wanted to charge $cancellation fee for each passenger They then reduced the cancellation fee to $per passenger, even though Just Fly was***pletely at fault for the typographical errorI then requested to speak with the supervisor, ***, Employee #*** He refused to accept responsibility for the mistake of Just Fly and insisted that I should cancel the flight and pay the fee, even though it is Just Fly that messed up They insisted they had a screen shot where we messed up the spelling of our son's name, but refused to share that screenshot with us I felt he was insecure and unwilling to admit to the fault of his team and his agents I request that ***, Employee #*** receive retraining on his duties as well as a detailed class on business ethics when performing duties

Beware the scamming done by justflyStay away Book your tickets with anyone elseOur tickets were canceled at the last minute without notificationWhen we rebooked were were given a much higher price and then we we tried to rebook at the lower price were told there would be an exorbitant fee!
