This business dishonored their contract for an airfare purchase and refused to solve the issue through customer serviceThis can be interpreted as fraud and breach of contractA civil suit would not be worthwhile for myself as the consumer but they should not be allowed to get away with this eitherIt was a $airline reservation that they cancelled without telling meThey send me a cryptic email saying I should call the airline, no other information that was helpful was contained in the emailI called the airline who told me my flight was cancelledJustfly blew me off on the phone and hung up on me after being on hold for minutesI asked to speak to a supervisor twice and the horrible customer service person hung up on meSecond call I waited minutes to get through only to ask the horrible customer service rep (a new one I guess they are all horribly incompetent and rude) who I asked to talk to a supervisor at LEAST timesshe refused to help and and put me on hold

I purchase a ticket to Houston for my husband and I on April 9th The travel date was May - May The total charge on my receipt was for $but my credit card was charged a total of $( charges: one for $and another for $400.76) The booking Reference confirmed that my charges should have been $I have called more than time and emailed several timeThey finally admitted their error and sent me an email on 4/17/stating that I would receive my refund of $$I still have not received it and every time a I call I am left on the phone for around an hour and they state that they will be contacting their support and supervisor - minutes and then they promise to send the refund in daysnow I am told that I need to way - weeksThey are a fraud and keep lyingI need this resolved and need my refund

I purchased airline tickets through Justfly*** on October 24th, at approximately 7PM (EST)The purchase was initiated on Kayak***, and noted a free cancel period, and for travel to begin on October 26th to Belgium to attend the funeral of a close friendTotal fare was $During the purchase transaction, no mention of non-refundability or cancellation fees were mentioned, or documentedFurther, both the purchase conformation and receipt lack any mention of either as wellDue to a sudden illness, my wife and I decided to cancel our trip on October 26th, at around 4AM (EST), well within our hour periodIn order to complete the online cancel, Justfly requires the customer to acknowledge a cancel fee (post purchase) or the trip cannot be cancelledI did so, but only under duress (and illness)We were charged a $cancel feel, and have a travel credit with them (which we will never be able to use, much less desire to do so at this point.) A subsequent call to the cust

I booked a flight in the first week of Aug on JustFly*** for travel from EWR (Newark) to BOM (Mumbai, India)Thereafter I cancelled my flight on Aug and JustFly collected a cancellation fee of $and advised me that I will receive my refund of $in 6-weeksToday is 28th Oct more than months and I have not received a satisfactory response from JustFly about my refundSometimes I hear that they are waiting for their travel partner to confirm and at other times they tell me that they are coordinating with the AirlineI'm really concerned if I will receive my refund because JustFly*** business is completely non-tranparent

A couple weeks ago, I went on the Justfly.com mobile app to book a flight for my desired dateI was pleased to find an inexpensive flight in my search results, so I booked the flightI was sent a confirmation email for my flight, but did not open the email bc I knew what it was & had no reason to believe that the flight I booked was not for the intended day- after allthe date I plugged into my search results should be what pops up unless I choose a box on the search browser indicating that I am ok with viewing the surrounding dates alsoToday, I just happened to open the email accidentally as I was searching for information on the trip I am planningI noticed the dates were not correct for the flight I had bookedI was baffled at how this could be the case as I felt I had been very careful to get the times I needed for my tripI thought perhaps the option I was needing on the actual date requested might still be available, so I called Justfly.com while looking up flights

I had to cancel a flight due to a health issue and cannot get ahold of a person to speak to for a refund of flight fees

I booked a round trip flight from Charleston, SC to Pittsburgh, PA on the Priceline website When I received my email confirmation, the flight had me going to Charleston, WV, not Pittsburgh, PA through Justfly (I had never heard of this company) I called Justfly's customer service right away and spoke to ***, he would not give his last name He said there would be a $cancellation fee I told him I reviewed the flight information on line before submitting that it was correct The email confirmation was wrong After complaining, he said he would lower the cancellation fee to $as a courtesy I have flown enough to know to review the information before submitting I hope this review helps other people to be aware

After experiencing their nightmare service and then seeing through several review websites includeing the Revdex.com, I am amazed this company has not been shut down My wife had to cancel her flight and we accepted that we had to pay a $cancellation fee and would only receive credit rather than a refund When we tried to book a new flight using the credit, the site would not allow us to use the credit at its stated value for the fare that it had advertised I received the run around from their incompetent customer service for nearly an hour, being transferred several times to different people and then they eventually hung up on me At that point I called my credit card company to report their business as a fraud and directed them not to honor any of the charges This company has such terrible business practices it should be considered a fraudulant business The number of negative reviews of this company is astounding and I'm surprised they haven't been shut down by the *** yet

I purchased two round trip tickets on 01/18/for JunetravelOn 05/04/I received an email from *** with a changed/new itinerary for my trip and re-issue of ticketsBut I found out I wouldn't be able to make that trip; when I cancelled it, I was told if I paid $per ticket I could bank them for later use , but still would have to pay $to re-issue each ticket I paid the seventy-five dollars fees as I didn't want to lose the ticketsThe date was 06/13/ Never it was mentioned that the banked tickets had an expiration date In fact, I was given the assurance that I could use them ANYTIME Today I called to schedule a trip using those banked tickets(money) and what was my surprise when this heavily accented Asian voice told me the tickets were expired! I explained over and over what had transpired when I first cancelled the original flight, but to no avail She kept repeating that the tickets were valid only for a year A year? From the re-issue or fro

I recently purchased a ticket from Justfly*** , I didn't receive the booking confirmation email as promised for my flight , I called times to ask for it and they said it was nothing they could do , so I had to cancel my flight that was a few hours later , To cancel they said it would be $dollars but I talked them down to $and in result a full refundI called days later to ask for a confirmation saying that my bank account has been notified for a request for a refund and I also never received that email I talked to approximately different people every time I called and I asked to talk to the supervisor and *** was never there

I ordered airline tickets through justfly.com and it was fairly an easy processThe only negative point I must share about this company is that they charge you for seat assignments if you want to make a selectionNow I understand that most airlines do charge for seatingHowever, I purchased two seats at $a piece on one leg of a tripWhen I received my booking confirmation only one seat was confirmedThey do however point out that the airline can't guarantee the seat confirmation, therefore I decided to call the airline (*** ***) itself to find out why one seat was confirmed and the other notThe nice gentleman informed me that I didn't need to pay for the seats and that I could have just purchased the tickets and then call them to get my assigned seatsNow mind you, not all airlines do it for free before hours of your flight, but *** *** is the exceptionHe confirmed my seating and also assigned me two more seats for the next leg of our trip for freeSo, this is just a warning to not purchase seats when you book your ticketsDo your homeworkYou can always purchase the seats if need be at another timeThis was my first time ordering tickets through justfly.com and I think I will stick to doing business with the airlines itselfYou know exactly what you are getting

“Don’t Trust Justify”
My wife and I, both senior citizens, received terrible service during the last part of our Alaskan vacation booked through JustflyOur destination was our home in suburban Philadelphia, PAOur flight from Vancouver B.Cto Newark, N.Jgot us close to homeHowever to our surprise, the last leg of our journey to Philadelphia was not by plane but by AmtrackOur tickets indicated a layover in Newark, N.Jand then a *** Flight to Philadelphia; but apparently there isn’t, and never was, a flight from Newark to Philadelphia, thus our dilemmaWe wound up taking a train to downtown Philadelphia (lugging all of our heavy suitcases) and then took a taxi across town to the Philadelphia airport to get our carNothing in our booking confirmation indicated travel by train, or taxi for that matterMaybe Justfly should change their name to Justfly and Amtrack

I purchased two airline tickets with justfly.comNo, I did not buy the insurance which is not a big deal, and not the issueA few days after later I had to cancel my flight for personal reasonsI went through the cancellation process online and it distinctly said I would be charged $to cancel the flights and receive a credit voucher (good for a year) for the price of the cancelled tickets(There was nothing else in writing pertaining to the cancellation of the tickets on their site) When I found the time (one hour later) to once again utilize their website and make new reservations, with the credit voucher the company gave it me, I noticed the cost of the tickets had doubledI restarted the process with the voucher four different times and came up with the same resultIt wasn't until I started from the beginning without the voucher did I notice the ticket prices were the same as when I started two weeks priorWhen I called customer service to inquire why the prices of the ti

I planned a trip to MexicoI purchased the flight from JustFly***My doctor has put up a red flag because my wife and I are trying to get pregnant, therefore we should cancel trips to the CaribbeanI canceled my flight, paying $to do so, because the website said I'd get travel creditThe website did NOT say that the travel credit MUST be used for the same exact flight departure location and destinationThis means that not only did I just lose $150, I'm also losing another $because the company will not apply this travel credit to another itinerary where the Zika virus does not inhabit the local mosquito population

On September 29, I received an email from Justfly*** that the itinerary that I booked for a trip to Mexico was changedAs per the email I went to "manage the booking" and tried to change my flightOne of the options was a flight at amAfter I confirmed the change, the booking confirmation came back as per the original itinerary with a flight at 7:amI called Justfly on September 30th at 1:PM,phone number ***, to change the booking and was on the call for hour and minutes without resolutionThe reference number for this call is*** I first spoke to ***She said that my 7:am flight had to be changed to 1:amI told her that I cannot be on a 1:am flight and wanted to be on the 8am flight that I was trying to rebookShe told me that there was no am flightI then went onto their website to tell her that yes, there is an 8am flight and that is the flight I need to be onShe said she would make the change and send me an email confirmatio

I booked a flight using this websiteI realized they made an error on the departure date for one of my flights which cost about $one wayWhen I called to notify them of the error two weeks before I was scheduled for my flight, they informed me that I would have to pay $for an error THEY made, on top of rebooking my flightI asked for a refund, because as a struggling college student, I do not have disposable income to book flights left and right, especially for an error THEY madeThen, I had another issue where they charged my card $for an unauthorized transaction, which was a flight I did not take

I purchased airlines tickets from this company in December and I've waited months to allow for a refund onto my debit cardStil, after multiple phone calls, they are unable to provide proof they've issued the refund and my bank statements surely do not reflect that one was ever givenAfter speaking with them again today, they send me over a makeshift invoice that does not include the proper total refund amountAfter questioning the agent, she backtracks and states the correct total amount of over $Reference number ***

This concerns a flight I booked on justfly*** I triple checked all the information before I submitted it, and when it was submitted and I looked it over, there was a misspelling in my last name and a messup on my wifes name informationI called 2x to talk to them about this, and they refused to change the information, but told me that I needed to cancel the flight, which I didThis was an international flight, and even letter mistake will stop a person from being able to board the planeCancelling the flight was bad enough, but they are charging me $dollars to do soTheir usual charge is $I was a repeat customer, and told them so, but I don't believe I should be charge ANYTHING for a clerical error which I believe was on their endThat being the case, I would like my $dollars backThis is no way to treat repeat customers, and if for some ridiculous reason I can't get it back I will not book another flight with this company...EVERI want to do business with them beca
