On Nov 20, I booked on JUSTFLY website two round trip flights from DCA (Reagan airport) to MCO (Orlando Intl airport) departing Dec and returning Dec I received confirmation on JUSTFLY websiteFollowing day Nov 24, I went to print out my flights on JUSTFLY site and to my SHOCKING SURPRISE I saw that both booked flights dates have been changed to DEPART and RETURN on the same day Decinstead of departing on Dec and returning Dec as originally bookedI quickly contacted JUSTFLY was told I have booked both flights to depart and return on the same day for Dec 26! DONT DO IT! They sent me a confirmation for a certain amount but then my credit card was billed $more! I had to call customer service and they did credit me back the $but I shouldn't have been charged it in the first place Then I had to cancel my flight and there was nothing the airline could do for me because they said JustFly had complete control over it JustFly was unwilling to give me credit nothing..They said I would be charged $by the airline carrier (United) and then they would charge me an additional $150! $in cancellation fees for a $ticket..ugh..And they go in circles trying to explain it to you, it can be very misleading If you read the fine print on their website they can cancel your ticket but you get unfairly penalized if you cancel on them..The prices may be low but you could end up paying a lot more in the long run
