This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life They have no sympathy or regret for mistakes by the company that may cause you ill intentThey cancelled not but flight reservations I made over the phone with two representatives because of a guideline theyre own employees dont follow If thats not bad enough the story gets worseAfter cancelling the reservation in a three hour period, I was charged twice, over $and lost my reservation which I explained was due to a family emergencyWhen I asked for a refund, the only way they can even do anything is by sending a checkI spoke to an escalation department specialist "***" and he offered me $couponI have been charged and they cant even refund me for their mistake

I bought a ticket through them and when I attempted to cancel/modify the flight over the phone the next day, they charged me a fee of dollars without my consentThis fee was not made clear to me over the phone, I asked the justfly representative times before modifying the flight whether or not I were to be charged any extra fees, he said "no there are no other fees." Back in November 2017, I booked a flight with this company The reason was that my sister was sick and dying As I was cancelling the flight, the operator told me that I could use my credit for a future flght but I needed to pay an additional $150, I was not told that I there were restrictions or that I had to pay extra for future flights My understanding was that I could use the credit I was going to be given for future travel I agree and paid the additional fee

advertising for airplane ticketsAfter you add all your personal info online, including credit cards, a pmessage is telling you that those tickets are no longer available"Would you like to do a new search"?, so you start over, find a different return flight, try to pay again for your new choice, the message pops up again letting you know that the return flight is no longer availableThen, you call the customer service number listed on the website, a customer service rep from India answers your callNow you have to start over, dates to fly, airline company you want to use, passengers info, date of birth, credit card info (all spelled letter by letter twice, even three times), after all this pain, your total price is being communicated to you, so you say, sounds good, go aheadNow the rep asks for a few minutes of patience, you wait and then guess whatthe flight you discussed about and was ready to book is no longer availableAfter you accept to fly a different company at a different time of the day and say again go ahead, you are not done yetNow you find out that the return flight is no longer available, but you can fly a different company at a higher priceSo after more than hour, you realize that you just gave away all your sensitive info to a company that does advertising (the round trip offer is still there)People, please stay away from Justfly***, don't waist your time

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Watch out for computer/system glitches & even if you select a specific date, be sure to triple check the exact date or it will cost you dearlyI'm having to pay over $in cancellation fees for a computer/system glitch - technical issue on their end, even though I caught the issue within hours of booking the flights AND I won't get my 'refund' back into my bank account for 7-business days!!! Justfly*** is a total scamThere is no address of company mentioned on website We purchased ticket at justfly*** in January and they charged us $1,USD We called to cancel tickets a month later and they told us that airline fee will be 400$ We should have got 1000$ but instead of refund they charge 300$ on same credit card without any authorizationWe need refund of 300$ (Unauthorized charge) We also need refund of ticket -airline fee ($400) $1487.30-400=Complete fraud

Do not use JustFly to book flights, hotels, etc They are terrible! They say you can make changes or cancel your reservations within hoursWhat they don't tell you is that there is a $charge to do that That information is buried in less than legible script deep into the propaganda on their websiteThe customer service rep was terrible!
NEVER use JustFly to book your reservations unless you enjoy being taken advantage of
