I am rejecting this response because: American Airlines continues to show they do not value me as a customer and just continue to play the "here is a $refund" instead of realizing that they are still making me pay for something I didn't receiveI booked a first class ticket and did not get to fly first class because of their "policy" and "their rules"They continue to show they don't care about this situation and you can tell they have years of awful responses at their disposal probably from providing years of awful service to many other unfortunate customers duped by their policiesI'm afraid we will never find an acceptable solution, I will instead go out of my way to never fly American again and will gladly share this experience on Social Media for years to come. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for their help in this issue but unfortunately American is never going to make this right

Thank you for following upWe did finally get the tickets vouchersI will not believe they can be used though until I actually

I did not voluntarily change my travel scheduleThere were thunderstorms sweeping across the country that was grounding flights in numerous citiesMy grievance with American Airlines is the company is not taking into consideration that my travel plans were thwarted not due to my own desires but because of the weatherI can not control the weatherHowever, American Airlines has complete control in treating customers with dignity and respect when travel plans are thwarted beyond a customer's controlI am not asking for a refund, just a simple waiver of the change feeFor a company that makes billions a year and now has a permanent corporate tax break, I think my request does little harm to the bottom line
