rejecting this response because: American Airlines have not resolved the complaint. After 12 more emails from me to the Chief Executive and Customer Complaints Department, they decided to look into the issue and we have not reached any sort of agreement. The initial response they are referring to was a complete fob off on their part. They are awaiting some documents which will help in moving forward. rejecting this response because: The stewardess broke the handle off my purse and it was unable to be repaired. I had to spend time at the start of my vacation to get it fixed and not do sightseeing. This was a very expensive Brighton purse and my father gave it to me. He is now deceased and this was a very important memory.
