I am writing this to Justfly*** as well as a warning to any consumer looking to book a flight through justfly***I had an emergency come up recently and was trying to work with justfly*** to come up with a solutionAfter speaking to several customer service agents I finally decided to ask for a supervisorI explained my dilemma to the supervisor, he then asked me to wait minutes while he works on resolving the problemI waited and waited while the "supervisor" would check in every few minutes to let me know "he was still working on a solution" He finally got back on the line and gave me the same lines as all the customer service reps and I asked why I was on hold for so long just to be told the same informationThe supervisor was so rude and didnt know how to answer my question so he just hung up on my face AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE FOR MINUTES!! What kind of customer service is that especially from a "supervisor"BUYERS BEWARE THIS COMPANY OUTSOURCES ALL OF ITS CUSTOMER
My sister booked a round trip flight to South Korea with this company, initially she realizedoesn't she made a mistake with the booking and called the very next day to cancel the flightThe representative that she spoke to assured her that the flight was cancelled and that she would receive a refund for the amount of the ticket within 7-business daysFrom there she proceeded to book a one way ticket to South Korea thinking that she would be able to use her refund to fly homeLong story short she was never refunded her money and has been told that she can either take the refund, which now we'll have to wait 6-WEEKS to arrive or she can take a cheaper flight back home and relieve no moneySo essentially *** effectively stole my sisters money and practically threatened to leave her stranded in a foreign countryAn added note she has dealt with these people the entire time she has been in South Korea and up until today have been telling her that her refund will arrive soon or that she will receive an email from *** *** regarding her flight homeBoth of which never happened

If you you need to cancel a flight, it's next to impossible to recover your moneyThey give a credit which can be applied to a future purchase, but it should be same destination and origin, and up to one year since the cancellation150$ cancellation fee does not help anythingAnd the "best" thing is that the credit cannot be applied on their website, you have to spend literally hours with agents on their phone, and they will tell you that there are no flights availableNow I deal directly with my airline after almost a loss to these scam artists

Because I wasn't allowed the discount price found online since this was a "re-booking" and because the re-booking fee was $instead of $as I'm sure I was originally told it would beAND, to add insult to injury, I could not understand the 1st gentleman because I was transferred overseas somewhere & his accent was very heavyI explained I was a bit hard of hearing and couldn't understand him and asked to be transferred to another rep He would not complyAfter 45+ minutes with him (including hold periods) I hung up and called back hoping I could reach someone I could hear clearlyNo such luckBack overseas & although I could understand her a little better, she still couldn't explain to me why I couldn't book my flight for ThanksgivingI requested a manager & she repeated same answers from whatever script they were reading from This was a Sunday so I decided to try again on Monday hoping the call might stay in the U.S.; but no, Back to India or Pakistan, whicheverI finally gave up and just booked my flight for Nov 7th but now the ticket I originally purchased for $has reached a grand total of $($orig tkt, + $cancellation fee + $rebooking & add'l flight cost)This company is a total scamNot even sure if all this was legal (it shouldn't be)If I could give them a minus rating I most definitely would
