I booked roundtrip flights on justfly***, which stated that all bookings have a 24-hour cancellation policy at no chargeWhen I cancelled my booking minutes later, I was immediately charged $"modification fee." I called the customer support line, but they told me that I would have had to purchase a $extended cancellation policy to spare me the $feeThis was in no way clear on their website--the way the policy is advertised is horribly misleading and clearly intended to cheat customers out of moneyI explained that a 24-hour free cancellation policy clearly conflicts with the "modification fee"--they didn't careThey kept referring to the website, and basically informed me that I was liable for the charges
