ON 3/23/2018, I purchased two (2) One-way-tickets for my wife and friend from JFK to Tampa I.AThe advertisement stated that I had from hours before the flight for free cancellationI received the confirmation and receipt within hours of purchaseupon inspection of confirmation information, I noticed that they wrote one of the names wrongInstead of MEIRA, they wrote MARIAWhen I called them at their office on numerous occasions, speaking to :Cey", "Rachel" "Mary" and "Rolly" in order to get this corrected, I was told that "Auto-Correct" changed to spelling to the nameand was told that I had to pay $in order to correct their mistakeNone of this information was relayed to me when making reservations, in fact just the opposite, that it was free to cancelI paid the $in order not to lose the flight ticket, but I find this to be deceptive advertisingespecially since I sent the proper info, and they misinterpreted it!

My flight was scheduled at 6:and I got to the airport at 5:but could not check in because they said I was lateI called to just fly and explained the situation to be able to get to some other flight and they refused to honor the ticket and told me it was not their problemThey didn't even offer me any discount or accommodate any flightI was going to San Francisco from Minneapolis and I was very sick ( having cystitis )It was a.nughtmare and I was traveling with my husband

advertising for airplane ticketsAfter you add all your personal info online, including credit cards, a pmessage is telling you that those tickets are no longer available"Would you like to do a new search"?, so you start over, find a different return flight, try to pay again for your new choice, the message pops up again letting you know that the return flight is no longer availableThen, you call the customer service number listed on the website, a customer service rep from India answers your callNow you have to start over, dates to fly, airline company you want to use, passengers info, date of birth, credit card info (all spelled letter by letter twice, even three times), after all this pain, your total price is being communicated to you, so you say, sounds good, go aheadNow the rep asks for a few minutes of patience, you wait and then guess whatthe flight you discussed about and was ready to book is no longer availableAfter you accept to fly a different company at a different time of the day and say again go ahead, you are not done yetNow you find out that the return flight is no longer available, but you can fly a different company at a higher priceSo after more than hour, you realize that you just gave away all your sensitive info to a company that does advertising (the round trip offer is still there)People, please stay away from Justfly***, don't waist your time

I purchase a ticket last year around SeptThe hurricane hit and I called n the lady told me I need to add $bucks or I will lose all my money on the tripSo I did, n the next day I got a email saying that my flight was cancelled cause of airport issuesI called them about times tring to reset my tripThey dont speak fluent EnglishNow they tell me that I have to have a xtra $bucks to go on my trip or I lose the other $bucksSo I saved up for a year for my trip im disabled and just took my $bucksThis has to stopI cant be the only person they did like thisThey took $bucks from a disabled manIt took so long for me to save this money cause im on dialysis days a week hrs each day I have hypertension and now my heart hurts cause of this bsThey just too my money with zero understanding cause they get mad cause I dont understandIm from Memphis tnSomebody has to do something about this

I just want to state that I am making a correction to a claim I just filed, hopefully you can find the complaint under my nameTo summarize I bought airline tickets and when I looked over my reservation this evening the returning flight time was in the PM and I swear I bought an AM flightI called JustFly, told them of the mistake and was told that they would cancel the flight but only if I accepted a $fee per passengerI did not accept and at that point the lady told me that she would just hang up the phone and not cancel my flight if I did not agree to the feesSo I agreed to the fees to get the full refund on the tickets ($1600)I am rewriting my complaint because I just called my credit card company and JustFly has charged my card with charges totaling $I originally requested a refund of $which is what I thought I was chargedThere are charges from this company in these amounts: 51.80, 75.00, 25.00, 50.00, I am really upset about thisI feel wrong

This is my first time booking with JustFly*** and it was a terrible experience to say the leastWe bought a flight from Atlanta to Denver, paid online with the site, and received a flight itinerary via emailSoon after I receive a phone call to further verify the flight reservation and truly felt all was wellThe problem arose when we got to the airport and found that our flight was never booked even after being verifiedThe receptionist informed us that our reservation nor did it even exist and that she had never heard of such a travel agencyOf course we tried to get in touch with someone from JustFly to help rectify the issue an in a nutshell I was told there’s nothing they could do but make us another flightThis incident caused my very close friend to lose his job and set my family back trying to scramble and figure out what to do nextPlease don’t use this site it has been a nightmare to say the leastThey showed how very unprofessional they are and had us very concerned that we had or have been scammed

Used this website to book a flightUpon review of my email receipt I noticed a fee for seat assignmentsHowever I had to go to the airline website in order to pick the seats I wantedI contacted justfl*** twice in order to get a refundI had to be very insistant with the representative in order to get the refundI was told that it was just an "extra" & nonrefundable feeI told her that I would not pay this "extra" fee for a service they did not provideShe eventually told me she would refund the fee as a courtesy Hopefully they follow thru or I will be contacting them againI would strongly advise against using this website

On Monday Jan I purchased two tickets online from Justfly and I purchaes insurance on these tickets from *** *** *** on Jan as instructed by JustflyThe two tickets were for myself and my fiance as we had planned a trip to Africa, Cameroon for our weddingThe trip was due on Feb During this period *** *** issued his travel ban so we decided that we could no longer take the trip since we might be denied entry back into the United States due to our visa status and or our religionWe called Justfly 3weeks before the date we were to travel and cancell the ticketWe then filed a claim for a refund of which they rejectedI have been calloing them but each time they pick my calls the put me on a long hold for hours without picking my calls.The cost of the ticket was 1,USD not included the amount we paid for insurance

first : I booked the ticket number *** on 04/20/and I cancelled it the same date it cost me $until now I did not receive the refund 2nd : during the return of vacation and specifically on 07/04/while in cairo airport and heading to USA we will be stop at amsterdame air port (transit) an air line employee asked my wife for avisa to inter amsterdam we have no information about that and also the booking office (justfly) did not inform us about this as aresult ,we missed the fly the reservation office (justfly) was contacted several time to assiste us to change the fly but no respons and refused to give us the refund the next day tickets (ticket my self ,my wife and child) were booked from my account ,its cost me $ including the hotel I therefor ask you for appropriate compensationthank you very much

Very disappointed with this company Poor customer service, long wait times on hold to speak to a representative or supervisor when there was a problem with our reservation They answered the phone promptly when we were making reservation initiallyHowever, when we needed to call back because we were overcharged the rep placed me on hold for a
long time then came back and told me the extra fees charged were for booking through a travel agent When I booked initially the representative told me that the extra fees were for taxes, which on the website clearly states that the taxes were already included Bottom line, the extra fees were not for taxes but some kind of service fee that Justfl*** charges without telling you On top of that, we had to cancel our reservation all together as they would not just refund the extra $that they overcharged usOur bank account is tied up because it takes to business days for the refund, so we can not re-book immediately if we wanted toSupervisor was no help and offered no other information or explanation (or even an apology for the inconvenience) than the representative that over charged us They completely waisted our time and tied up our account I'm writing this in real time as I just got off the phone with them I will be calling the FRAUD department at my bank to reverse the over $they have of my $$$$!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I travel on a monthly basis and always purchase protection plans for my flights just in case anything where to happenI unfortunately had to cancel my flight due to emergency, when cancelling flight I was given the option to cancel flight and get a credit for $but was told I had to pay a cancellation fee of $150, so I payed the $ I then asked if there where any other fees and what the process will be to use the flight creditThe rep advised me of a small re-booking fee that will be applied when rescheduling flight but should not be significantPrior to booking I went ahead and did research on their web site so I had more an idea of what it was going to cost me, based on my travel dates the ticket was listed as $I then called to make a reservation because the website was not loading to do it manuallyI tried different times of day and it would not loadI don't know if that is part of the scam but I called them at their only number they have listed on their siteThe first rep I spoke to said the information on their site is different, they have a different system that does not allow them to select flights we are able to see onlineTo re-book I had to use the same destination, same layover I agreed and provided the dates I needed to travel (same amount of days), He then provided me with a figure of plus a re-booking fee of $I spoke to the rep how could that be if the same flight is showing for 481, he insisted that their system is differentI then told them to leave as is until I can call back to reschedule I called the next day spoke to a ***, provided her with the same travel dates as the first attempt to bookShe then gave me a re-booking fee of $and price on ticket was 782, in total 1,I was so upset I asked to speak to a manager and the call was hung upI called back and was finally able to speak to a manager and she was no help, stated that the pricing should be as what it was given to me over the phoneI then asked to speak to a manager that over looks her and she stated their was nobody else I could talk to, the chain of command ended with herI was so upset that I had to hang upI called back two days later due to weekend, was on hold for an hour so I called backI finally got a patt who was helping book, she stated the system was taking more than minutes she will be referring me to a support team, was transferred to a *** who took my information checked on pricing put me on hold, after waiting hour minutes the call was hung upI had been dealing with this almost all week and no resolutionI had to take a breather after being on hold/derived by the customer service repsAt the end I ended paying the price of two tickets worthoriginal ticket + $cancellation fee + $re-booking fee and new ticket price of $=1, - credit= final cost of ticket $For potential buyers please read the fine print and check coverage on ticketIt says cheapest tickets so I don't know why it would cost double to rescheduleIt's better to loose the ticket and purchase another and would end up saving dollarsI would no longer use this travel agency and would not recommend anybody to deal with all the headaches, with the lack of professionalism on their endHow do they came up with different figures when its the same dates? This is a scam!! I attempted multiple times speaking with customer service representatives regarding changing my flight, I also took the protection plan out for my flight paying extraWhen I attempted to call for weeks to change to a different flight and location the customer representatives were rude, left me on hold for over an hour different times eventually hanging up on me, refusing to change my flight and refusing to let me speak to a supervisorThis company does not stand by their policy and ensure customer satisfaction

Horrible, unethical business practices and incompetent customer serviceDo not use this company!! Despite the fact that the airline has agreed to refund me for tickets I purchased through JustFly, they are refusing to refund the money! I have called ten times, answered the same questions ten times, been passed to incompetent "supervisors" who are only able to tell you they have to follow the "protocol" which appears to be roadblocking customers from getting what they are dueThe money you save is not worth the aggravation of dealing with these people!

A return ticket from Chicago to Puerto Vallarta was purchased in September of The flight was purchased leaving March 26th to Mexico, and returning April 2ndto ChicagoThe flight had a stopover through Guadalajara on the way to Puerto Vallarta, and a stopover in Mexico City for the return ticketThe airline, Aeromexico, stopped serving the route Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta, so Justfly changed the return ticket for a one way Mexico to ChicagoAfter numerous phone calls and numerous assurances that they would find an alternative to provide a return ticket similar to the originally purchased, they kept on sending one way-ticket confirmationsAt times their strategy was negating that such return ticket was purchased, others they have recognized the issue and assured it would be fixed in hThis issue has not been resolved since my first contacts with them in December

I was charged multiple times on my debit card by *** *** which included, cancelation penalties, flights booked, charged for, I never knew that these charges kept occouring until I saw my bank statementsBut in all honesty, I did not know that they were a travel agency, or a third party online companyI made these bookings under a complete state of confusion, distractabilty, information overload!
