I purchased airline tickets from JustFly for myself, wife and children to fly from Chicago, IL to StThomas, USVI on December 9, and returning to Chicago on December 16, Due to Hurricane Irma my hotel the Westin StJohn has canceled all reservations through the end of the year and possibly furtherI contacted JustFly to make them aware of the situationThey told me that nothing could be done as the airlines were still flying to the locationLater on, I noticed that on the JustFly website I was given an option to cancel my flights at a cost of $but would receive a credit for future flights in the approximate amount of $1,I went ahead and canceled the flightsI then went to book new flights only to find that I could only book back to StThomas and not anywhere elseI immediately called JustFly to let them know about thisI was put on hold multiple time and eventually was hung upNo profanity was used and I never raised my voice onceI NEVER would hav

They lied to me times since I had a credit for $so they can make profit for themselves without having me rebook with it and the price keep going up - good for justfly comp only not customer...this is a scam please everyone let have a group lega with *** so they know that when they messed up with us for time and funds they have to pay it back something

Firstly, I went to buy a ticket and clicked my dates of travel (may 10th yo the 24th), howver they gave me a ticket returning on the 23rd with a notice on their website that said “all flights cabcelation fee of dollars”I tried calling and was disconnected tomes over the next week, by the time I had reached someone they had said it was too late to change for free, and would now be a dollar feeEventually I went to cancel the ticketthe website said “total refund to customer dollars” which was a dollar charge not then they only deturned 535, saying they take another fee on top of thateven though the site said in clear bold letters “total refund to customer: 689”They need to return all of my moneyThey gave me the wrong dates, despite me havig picked the correct days, then when I called their supervisor threatened me saying “if you complain Or give us a negative review we wont guve you any money back”

On top of all this, I can't get through to customer service - selecting the option for help with an existing reservation just gets you either a fax machine or hung up onI've seriously called them about dozen times trying to get throughFunny enough if you select option for ticket sales you get someone right awayI finally get to a manager who says he'll cancel the chargesI'm not taking any chances and also alerting my credit card to possible fraud
Avoid these guys like the plague!

Avoid booking through JustFly The website removed the space in my child’s middle names and when I called just now to correct it they told me they would charge a $name change fee when their website made the change I am forced to go to the airport early to make the change directly with the airline because of their rigged website that they exploit for profitUnfortunately Kayak*** uses them and you can’t tell until you’ve booked the ticket what website you’re purchasing from Next time I will buy directly from the airline and forgo the small discount that is not worth my time being on hold with useless JustFly customer service

I bought one way flights (*** to Venice Italy, Catania, Sicily to ***)
When I purchased them I entered the transactions in my financial software
The next day when I visited *** website to reconcile my account I found the two charges exactly as recorded plus two additional charges
They were all pendingAfter another day the charges were finalized including the two additional
