My first and last experience working with Justfly.*** was unsatisfactory in several ways Booking flights for a round trip on two separate airlines was easy enough, but shortly after I'd made my reservations, I received email notifications that my reservations had been cancelled due to a problem with my credit card I tried for a long time to reach an agent at the number provided, and finally spoke with a representative who wasn't able to explain the credit card problem I then made the trip reservations using another online service, and had no problems When I received my credit card statement later that month, I was surprised to see the Justfly.*** charges and the original flights - which I'd been told had been cancelled - listed among the charges I proceeded to dispute the charges through Justfly.*** and also with the airlines, one of which offered a credit for the same cost as the disputed charge Justfly.*** claims that a second set of identical reservations had been made immediately after the first ones were cancelled, but I didn't make a second set of reservations, because I'd been told that Justfly.*** had had a problem with my credit card
