I booked a flight for two people through justfly*** on March 15, On May 15, 2016, for unforeseen reasons, I called justfly*** to cancel the two flightsI was informed on the phone that there would be a $charge from justfly*** to cancel the reservation and an additional $penalty from the airline to cancel the flights, and I would receive $1,as a refund within six to eight weeksI asked for an email confirmation and was told I would receive one shortlyOn May 16, 2016, I still had not received an email confirmation that I had canceled my flight and would receive a refund so I called justfly*** back to request this confirmationI receivved an email confirming only that my flight had been canceledI then called back again to request the confirmation of the refund amountI received two emails stating in one that my flight had been canceled and then in the second one that I had been charged the $feeOn July 15, I called to inquire about the status of my re

If I could give no stars I wouldI booked though this website on recommendation from a friend because the pricing looks so goodCouldn’t be more wrong ! Had to get my credit card company involved to get disputes resolvedI can honestly say I have never expierenced worse Customerservice or more shady dealings !
