I had to call about a booked flight and literally was on the phone for more than a total of hoursEach time I called I got a different story on why they could not process my requestEach time after lengthy discussion I requested to talk to a supervisorThe first time due to heave volume a supervisor would call me backThat never happenedThe second time it was after 5:pm so all the supervisors were offThe third time I reluctantly took what was offered and still no communication with a supervisor

Bait and switch I searched for a flight on Kayak and found a JustFly offer I clicked on the JustFly offer immediately and went to the JustFly page where I entered all of my information (including my cc) to purchase my ticket in less than minutes When I clicked purchase, the website popped up and said that my flight was no longer available When I tried to find it again on both Kayak and JustFly the price had gone up 3x I will never use this site again, what a scam

Booked a flight with JustFly.com to fly from Kansas City, Mo to Dallas-FtWorth, Tx I purchased three tickets for $a ticket plus tax and service fees When I initiated the transaction, my credit card company declined one of the three tickets I received a notification from my credit card company and quickly got the situation taken care of
I then received an email from JustFly.com notifying me that one of my tickets was declinedI used the link they provided in the email to re-submit the payment information The payment showed that it went through on JustFly.com and gave me a confirmation number, then it showed up as an authorized transaction on my credit card account
I spoke with American Express, and American Airlines to ensure everything was okay and no mistakes were made by JustFly.com Representatives from both companies ensured me I was good to go Shortly after, I received a cancellation notice from JustFly.com I called their 1-number to try to have the issue resolved They would not reinstate my tickets nor honor the price they originally promised me and wanted me to resubmit my paymentThe problem was, I already had over $pending on my credit card from them and American Airlines, and another $would max my credit out leading to the payment being declinedI requested that they hold the price on my tickets until the pending payments cleared up so I could resubmit, but they refused Now I have to wait 4-business days for the charges to go away before I can try to order a flight again My fear is that I won't find rates that good again thanks to JustFly.coms' poor service

If you you need to cancel a flight, it's next to impossible to recover your moneyThey give a credit which can be applied to a future purchase, but it should be same destination and origin, and up to one year since the cancellation150$ cancellation fee does not help anythingAnd the "best" thing is that the credit cannot be applied on their website, you have to spend literally hours with agents on their phone, and they will tell you that there are no flights availableNow I deal directly with my airline after almost a loss to these scam artists

As a person who also worked in call centers in the Philippines before, the customer service that this colpany has outsourced to is just shameful in their repeated ineptitude and bad call handling
