I went to the website to change the flight dates, the website advertise a 301$ fee for change in flight, I try to book it online but am unable towhen I proceed to call the customer service line for assistance its a bate and switch, they hike the price to $500+ and the reasoning for this is that they have to manually book the flightonline it states that the change of date fee is 301$ for any flight, but when you call its another storyI am being scammed out of more money , I have paid 3100$ for this flight, and now they want to charge me almost the full price of flightI did purchase a flight protection/insurance and I find out this purchase too was a wasteit doesn't insure my flight not even a pennyI want the company to honor its pricing that is advertised, an help me change my flight date for $per passenger as it is stated on their website

Booked a ticket online going to Zambia,the cheapest flight available required that I pass through Toronto Canada upon trying to check in at the airport I was informed that I needed a green card or Visa for me to pass through Canada which I didn't have.I called the travel agency to inform them about my ordeal and inquire if the could book me on a flight which does not require me to pass through Canada or refund me the money and deduct the cancellation feei was made to wait for over an hour at the Airport as they tried to resolve the issue.The cancellation fee on the web site states $but the told me they would charge $500.The ticket cost me $and they are demanding more than half of thatthey requested me to call again when am ready but when I called after an hour was told that I had forfeited my entire amount and I would have to start all over from scratch to buy another one
