This is a horrible experience of booking airplane tickets from themWhen I booked the tickets, seems so easilyWhen I input my passenger's name, it only requires me to input the First and Last name, but the middle name is OptionalAnd the sign to remind you to "must match your password name" is in grey -- could not cause people's attention at allI even didn't notice it when I book my tickets.(From NYC to BeiJing, China)
Later then on, I noticed missing middle name possible will be an issue for boarding international airplane, then I started to call JustFly to request to add middle name to the ticketsI spent a whole day to call them, usually, they will ask me to hold, minutes, then told me it is impossible to add middle name, then asked me to cancel tickets, the cancelling fee is $400!, but not refund the full price, many hidden charge, then immediately asked me to re-bookthen they could charge me the book fee
But actually, I called the AirChina directly, they claimed there is some complicated authorization work need to do, but this Agent should represent me to do this requestThe AirChina didnt sell this ticket to me directly, they have no way to change my ticket, this is the negotiation between AirChina and JustFly, then this become a disaster a list of callingall JustFly agents seem trying to reach AirChina when I called them to tell them they need to request the authorization for me, but all of them told me -- you must cancel your tickets I asked AirChina, they told me clearly -- "it is not right, you don't need to cancel the ticketbut the agent must request to change the name for you."JustFly is playing somethingWhen I was eventually convinced to cancel the ticket, I heard the JustFly agent was giggling, Seems they successfully charged me a lot?

If you had a Zero rating, that is what I would give JustFly I originally booked my flights for a European vacation on March 17th I finally had my confirmed itinerary on June 30th I began my trip on June 18th On May 15th I received an email that there was a problem with my return booking From that point on it was a nightmare I exchanged many emails with JustFly, had multiple phone calls where I was on hold for up to hours (with no resolve to the issue), promises from JustFly to resolve and get back to me within hours, never receiving a call back

My review in regards to the conduct of ***, employee # ***, for failing to perform his duties as a supervisory agent for Justfly***On 11/7/2018, my wife provided the information for all members of my family for travel purposes She typed the middle name of our son, *** *** ***  When the confirmation came, it was processed as *** * *** Just Fly told us that it wasn't so easy to change the name and offered a full refund of the cancellation fees and owned that the fault was on their sideOn 11/8/2018, we called to get the flight that was cancelled the evening prior We were very careful to type the full name of our infant son, *** *** *** When we received the confirmation, the same mistake was in place, labeling our son as *** * *** This creates passport issues and we need the full name Just Fly refused to change the name and wanted to charge $cancellation fee for each passenger They then reduced the cancellation fee to $per passenger, even though Just Fly was***pletely at fault for the typographical errorI then requested to speak with the supervisor, ***, Employee #*** He refused to accept responsibility for the mistake of Just Fly and insisted that I should cancel the flight and pay the fee, even though it is Just Fly that messed up They insisted they had a screen shot where we messed up the spelling of our son's name, but refused to share that screenshot with us I felt he was insecure and unwilling to admit to the fault of his team and his agents I request that ***, Employee #*** receive retraining on his duties as well as a detailed class on business ethics when performing duties

I initially bought a ticket for my oldest daughter to fly from Cleveland, Ohio to Orlando, Florida to visit me on spring break After discovering my youngest daughter had the same spring break time, we decided to cancel the flight Initially justfly notified us that the refund amount, after penalties (expected) would be refunded to the debit card used for the purchase We then got a separate notification that airline credit would be applied I recently tried to use this airline credit through their website The website would never load flights available to book using the credit as I let it try to load results for hours and I used several different computers and internet sources It is not available for you to search for flights the conventional way on their website and enter the information needed to use the credit So I proceeded to call customer service where I was put on hold for over hour and minutes They told me that I could only use the credit for the traveler that it was used for initially and that I had to use the same airline I was initially fine with that The lady found me a flight, said that I had to book me and my youngest daughter separately and that in addition to the $travel credit that I had, I would need to pay another $ So your telling me that one way for one person in coach is $dollar? On deltas website specifically the cost was not even $so how is justfly saying it’s over $450? I’ll never use that website again, they’re a scam and a fraud
