When I have a question or general inquiry, I get an immediate response. Since this is a family business, you really get 'real ' personal service. It means a lot not to passed from one department to another eventually not getting an answer to your question. Thank goodness there are still family businesses providing goods that they care about and their buyers with important customer service. The shipping time was approx a month. I contacted C/S and there was quite a delay in response. By the time my order arrived C/S had not responded,, but did contact me shortly after receipt. Well satisfied with the quality of my order.

When I contacted customer service it had shipped already but they immediately went ahead and sent one out to the correct address and I received the ring in plenty of time.
