I returned a ring for exchange in Oct 2019. I have the post office tracking. They never sent the ring. I have been asking since end of November for my ring. January 2020 I told them I was waiting no longer and please send me a credit. $49.99 to my card. Nothing. I email at least once a week. Phone calls go to voicemail and no one responds.
Ordered a ring on dec 6th, 2019, was told it would ship to me before christamas, exactly what I wanted. Then got an email that it shipped, waited, nothing, was then told there was an error in the system and that my ring would not ship till the 20th, waited, and 20th rolls around, recieved no email, contacted them, they didnt get back to me till the 24th of december telling my that it was held up at qc, which was frustraighting but I get it. This same routine goes on over and over until mid january 2020, when I get a new email " We are so sorry, your ring was held up at the stamping place since they were backlogged with the holidays, here in ireland its mandatory they are stamped. We will ship it out by wednesday january 28th 2020, and you will recieve a 10% refund" so im at this point kinda fed up, and the 28th rolls around and guess what, no shipping email, no 10% refund. I contact them again and I hear this line again "Oh im sorry, your ring was held up at quality control, we are so sorry for the frustraitions, we can offer you a 10% refund for the ring" And I replied along the lines of this is the second time I heard that excuse and thats the second time ive been promised a 10% refund with nothing coming of it, no email till today stating that my ring was shipped FROM DELEWARE NOT IRELAND on the first of febuary and I probably wont see it till the 6th. 2 months of waiting for something that is guaranteed 7 days from order on their site. If I could rate 0 stars I probably would, because this experience has just ruined my special momebt for me to present a nice ring to my girl for Christmas
I placed an order on January *, 2020 (order # ***) for two necklaces. I received a Welcome to GlenCara email on Jan same day. On Jan *, 2020 I received an email saying my order had shipped. On Jan *, 2020 I received another email saying that my order had been marked shipped in error, the products are delayed but would ship Jan , 2020. The full payment to GlenCara was posted on my VISA on Jan ($202.40 Canadian). I have sent numerous emails requested an update on my order or a full refund. I got an automated reply email Jan *** indicating 'backlog of emails'. I would like a full refund at this point. Very disappointed.

I have received several emails from Glen Cara Irish Jewelry claiming that they have shipped the two necklaces that I ordered and paid for. As of Feb , 2020, I still have not received the items ordered. I ordered them Jan *, 2020, payment posted to my VISA on Jan *, 2020 in amount of $202.40. I have asked for a full refund, and today they claim that the order has been shipped Express Post.

This company took my $518 dollars and never delivered and will not respond to my emails. Phone calls to the listed number doesn’t take messages and directs you to email them to which they don’t respond. This company may be a fraud!

I ordered 2 rings from Glencara on12--19 when I reached out to find where my rings were they told me they had to manufacture them. A week later they told me they were competed and now in quality checks. On 1-*** I was told they were almost ready to ship and I would receive tracking number (never received) then after me sending them 2 more emails I received an email on 1-*** saying it was almost they quality check and they would ship out soon. It is now 1-*** and I have not received any communication after sending an additional email letting them know my intentions to contact the Revdex.com and I have still not even received a response from Glencara

Merchandise ordered well before Christmas did not arrive until three weeks after Christmas. When it arrived my wife did not care for the jewelry so I sent it back for full credit. It has been two weeks and no indication of the credit being processed. I have emailed multiple times with no response.
I placed an ordered w/Glencara Irish Jewelry on 12//19 and they charged my card for the item on that same day for 615.00 with delivery of 12/*** or 12/*** I received an email on 12//2019 stating the item shipped. Today is 1/*/2020 and I have not received the item. Any email I send received a templated email and when I call the message directs me to email them.
Ordered locket for our grandaughter on *** dec 2019 paid by PayPal got email telling me the item was on its way and assured me it we’d be here before Christmas as it was gift I received an email after several tries after Christmas to tell me it was on its way still no items and now no RESPONCE after several emails like to get RESPONCE paid for gift wrapping etc at the time of order

Cheap jewelry. I purchased a cross for my son and when it came in, the metal was so thin and flimsy it bent at the slightest touch. I returned it as instructed over a month ago and still have not received a refund. I have tired contacting them on numerous occasions to no avail. Apparently I'm out $50. Total *** company. Found an amazing cross on *** for half the price. Don't waste your time with them.
Ordered 300$ in gift certificate for Irish Jewelry on Dec , 2019 I have been trying to contact the company for questions emailed many times message on phone says someone will get back with you in 24hrs
Purchase items online on Dec . Received email on December *** saying items had shipped. Emailed Glencara on Dec delivery status and I received a generic email response back. Emailed them again on Dec *** and I received same generic response back. Tried to call toll free number on website. It is a recording only, and you can’t talk to anyone. It is Jan and I have heard nothing and received nothing.

I have emailed several times trying to get a replacement chain for the Celtic cross I purchased. After several attempts I finally received a response that said one would be shipped out to me that day.
I've again emailed both through regular email and through their website trying to find out what is going on with the replacement chain that is defective and I still have not received any response.
I have a necklace that I cannot wear because clasp won't stay closed and necklace falls off .

Placed an order on the *** of November 2019 was told it would be sent out within 48 hrs. By December *** I have heard nothing from them, sent them an email they blamed the makers for the delay and said it will be sent out at the end of the week. December *** I have heard nothing and did not receive my order sent another email and received an auto-reply with a thousand and one reason why I have not received my order as yet they said it will be sent out at the end of the week! I have heard nothing since and my emails are going unanswered!!

I ordered a claddagh ring for my husband for Christmas on December *** since the glencara website stated it would arrive before 12//19. I have messaged them on the website numerous times and the customer service phone number goes straight to voicemail. In the voicemail it states to mark your email urgent so that they can get back to you within 24 hours but that never happens. This feels like a huge scam and is unacceptable. Hundreds of dollars lost!!!

Ordered ring. Account charged. Glencara sent an order confirmation stating it shipped. Order was promised to be on time for Christmas delivery. Glencara has not responded after multiple contacts and cannot produce proof of shipment or tracking information.
Order was placed Nov. *** Item was supposed to ship Dec. *** Website advertises 3-5 day shipping via *** Shipping information on account does not include proper tracking number. Customer service stated item would arrive before Christmas. After reaching out to Customer Service via email, numerous times, was finally given a tracking number. Tracking number showed the package in Pre-shipment status, from Deleware, for over 2 weeks. Will never work with this company again. Their recording on customer service line states they are backlogged with emails but no one will answer the phone and they request you email them. Makes no sense.

ordered a pendant from this company, paid in full ($540), was told at time of ordering that item would be shipped on dec *** This date came and went with no messages, no shipping. Many messages were sent (they don't answer phones and their live help on-line was discontinued). Finally received a couple of generic messages stating that they were busy, then one stating the item had shipped (no tracking) which was clearly false, then one stating have more patience, then another stating that the item had not been sent to the engravers.. mixed messages and seem like stall tactics as there does not seem to be any intent to actually send me anything. Plus the occasion that this was for has come and gone with no gift and out $$$. At this time I would like a refund in full. Many others experiencing same issues as noted on Trustpilot.
