The customer service representative, Lauren helped me so much. I accidentally purchased several of the same product and she worked with me to get the other orders deleted. Her customer service was excellent. I will definitely purchase items from Glencara again. Also, the necklace was beautiful.

I revieved a ring as a gift from Glencara and loved it so much I purchased a different one for my daughter, which we both love. I am so impressed with the quality, shipping time and the prices. I will be purchasing more from here and can't wait. Makes beautiful gifts!

A very user-friendly website, I appreciated the photos of how the earrings actually looked on. Good customer service with delivery as expected and an excellent range of choice and prices.

This was my first experience of this supplier. A chance response to a web query pictured a product which immediatel interested me. I placed an order, was delighted with the speed of delivery and was also delighted with the product itself. It was a surprise gift for my wife, and there was double delight on delivery when she absolutely loved the item, and now wears it very regularly.

The service so far has been excellent. A free gift is given with each purchase. Each item I has been exquisite. I gifted to family members and they were delighted by the lovely jewellery.

Had trouble with this company, my item did not arrive on time for my wife's birthday, so I asked Glencara to cancel the order and give me a refund, they refused and told me it could not be cancelled, eventually they sent me the order it was absolute garbage quality, cheap and nasty, there were no gold hallmarks, I'm sure it was rough coated soft metal, I returned the item at my cost and asked PayPal to get me a refund, eventuallyI got a refund through PayPal, do not use this company they are absolutely dire.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order experience on glencara.com. Despite paying for express shipping with a promised delivery date, the item has not arrived as agreed upon. Numerous attempts to contact customer service had gone unanswered until a week later, with a disappointing response that the order cannot be cancelled and will only arrive next week.

This unacceptable delay has forced me to make a local purchase, rendering the ordered item useless to me. Despite my repeated requests for a full refund, your offer of a 15% discount is inadequate and does not address the significant inconvenience caused.

This experience has left me highly disappointed and frustrated. I expect a prompt resolution and a full refund for the item that is still in your warehouse.

I still haven’t received my gift for a friend. I don’t know what’s going on, I ordered it days ago, (more than a week has gone by) and I still haven’t received anything! It still says “in production” after so many days of placing my order! What’s going on?

I don't even know what to do, I sent emails every day. please help me

Ordered a pair of earrings for my Moms 80th. They gave me fake shipping info. My Moms birthday has come and gone and still no earrings so I had to get her another gift. I have asked MULTIPLE times for them to cancel the order (which is STILL in Ireland) and refund my credit card. They ignore all my requests.
My daughter ordered a bracelet for my Mom at the same time I ordered the earrings. Hers arrived late and was a total piece of junk. Not at all what it looked like on the website. I have asked MULTIPLE times for their return information and they ignore that too.
Stay away from this company - they are a complete scam and all the 5 star reviews they have on their website are fake. Look around on the web and you will see that about 25% of people who buy from them have problems.

I ordered a Solid 14k white gold claddagh ring with yellow gold around the genuine sapphire heart stone. To just find out it’s maybe white gold plated over yellow gold or some other metal. this was my wedding ring.
God will prevail. I have no doubt. ??

On February *** I received an email saying my order had shipped. But the status online still said "Processing" until a few days later when it said "Complete."

But I never received a tracking number or the ring and I have been emailing every day and also calling and reaching out via Facebook. There is now no response at all, I see lots and lots of complaints about this company, and my girlfriend thinks I don't love her.

Placed an online order with Glencara on January *, 2020. I then received an email stating my order had been delayed but would ship the following week. Then I didn’t hear anything for weeks. I emailed them multiple times with no response until January *** when they emailed that my order was delayed in “quality control.” After I sent additional emails, I finally received another response that my item was being packed up on February ***. I got a tracking number via usps on February but the postal service still has not actually received the item. I’ve emailed them again multiple times, with no response.

Purchased ring for my husband before christmas, paid for expedited shipping. Contacted them yesterday (2 months later), after not ever receiving the item, nor an explanation. The email response, was that they shipped it, after reading my email (so shipped in February, with no communication until I reached out to them, they claim), and refused to refund me - tried to contact via telephone, no answer. Website advertises them as located in Ireland, but they are located in New York.

Purchase Celtic Claddagh Band Ring Set online on Dec *** 2019. Received email same day back with receipt of payment. Emailed Glencara on Dec *** delivery status because they said it will be delivered by Christmas. I received a generic email response back. Then on the *** received a email that order shipped. The *** got a email with tracking number but the tracking number said a label was created but not received by USPS. Emailed them again and I received "Hi Anthony
I am so sorry for the delay in responding. It is in the last stage of all quality checks and will ship express on Thursday . I will send you a stand in set now express for Christmas day" I did receive the stand in set and a day later one ring mine. I am still waiting for my wife's ring, which was the most important. Tried to call toll free number on website. It is a recording only, and you can’t talk to anyone. Email again Jan ***. Jan *** received a email that ring is being shipped on wednesday *** and would send tracking info. Feb *** now and still my wife's ring has not arrived, nor has anyone provided the tracking info.
