Glencara's customer service is a 5 star operation. Maria went above and beyond to help get the right size ring. (My daughter was actually in-between sizes). She adores her claddagh ring...it fits perfectly.

Very courteous and accommodating There was a problem with my order not arriving in the states but they took care of it promptly and very politely.

We had ordered a Claddaugh ring for our granddaughter and the order was filled promptly and with satisfaction of the quality when received. But it was then that we discovered that the error was ours in ordering an incorrect ring size. We notified Glencara and because the ring was needed for a specific date that was fast approaching, they did all possible to expedite the replacement ring. Thus, we were present the ring to our granddaughter for her religious Confirmation.. She wears the ring at all times and proudly displays it... So, it is not the object, but what it represents and reminds us of the caring service provided by Glencara. Thank You.
